The Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a key project in London. This full-time, permanent role reports to the Divisional Manager and requires strong leadership, planning, and site management skills. The position is site-based in London, where you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the project from initiation to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage the project from inception through to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Oversee all on-site operations, including labour and subcontractor management.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address any challenges.
  • Attend stakeholder meetings, providing regular progress updates.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
  • Complete all required site documentation on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Implement and uphold quality control measures and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain and manage the QA process and Golden Thread documentation.

Who We're Looking For

  • 3-Day First Aid at Work certification.
  • CSCS Gold or Black Card.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction management.
  • Background with a main contractor, ideally in steel and cladding projects.
  • Strong knowledge of BSR, PCSA, and Golden Thread processes.
  • Proven track record in construction project management, with a deep understanding of materials, procedures, and project management principles.
  • Familiarity with quality and health & safety standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction/project management software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
