The GIAA Finance & Commercial team is responsible for providing sound financial management and commercial advice, preparing management and financial accounts, leading on budgeting and forecasting, and providing accurate information for Parliamentary control and public accountability purposes.

About You
You will have experience of preparing Financial statements and success in understanding and using accounting standards (for example IFRS, FReM and Managing Public Money). You will have experience of leading an organisation through the external audit process. You'll have the ability to analyse, interpret and report on datasets, identifying trends over time. The ability to communicate complex financial concepts in an understandable format to non-finance partners

Hybrid Working is available to GIAA colleagues. This means a combination of office working and working from home. This includes time spent in our GIAA office locations and can also include any time spent attending our customers' sites.
GIAA colleagues are expected to work in an office location for three days a week on average (60%). Naturally, this expectation will be applied on a pro-rata basis for people who have a part-time or compressed hours working pattern.
