Job Description: As a Dynamics 365 CE Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing support to D365 clients. Your role will involve:
- Hands-on exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), including its technical and functional aspects.
- Customisation and configuration of D365 CE to meet client requirements.
- Efficient and timely resolution or escalation of issues.
- Conducting user training sessions and providing ongoing support to ensure smooth operation of the system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality support for Dynamics 365 CE.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Customise and configure D365 CE based on client needs.
- Conduct user training and create support documentation.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
- Strong understanding of D365 CE customisation and configuration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
