We are recruiting a senior structural revit technician, with this well established and growing boutique civil structural consultancy in Manchester with a great history and reputation working on a variety of building structures projects.

We are recruiting a senior structural revit techincian due to increased workload and growth, this is a great time to be joining them. They have recently moved into new and beautiful offices, providing a great work environment, and option of hybrid working for work life balance.

About You and the role

• You will have 5 yrs+ structural technician experience, develop and produce detailed 3D structural models and 2D drawings using Revit.
• Be a senior member of the team and mentor more junior technicians
• Collaborate with structural engineers and other team members to ensure designs are integrated and meet project specifications.
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of Revit families for structural elements (beams, columns, foundations, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with structural design standards, local building codes, and project requirements.
• Maintain and update Revit templates, libraries, and project files.
