Package: £65,000 - £70,000 +Benefits

We're looking for a Head of Grocery Marketing to lead the charge in growing an exciting, high-growth challenger brand in the grocery space. This is a rare opportunity to shape how a category-leading product shows up on supermarket shelves-driving awareness, loyalty, and love among consumers.

The Role:

Sitting at the heart of the marketing and commercial teams, you'll craft and execute strategic marketing plans that make this brand a household name. From launching NPD and refining packaging strategies to leading in-store activations and experiential campaigns, you'll ensure the brand stands out in a competitive market. With a blend of creative storytelling and data-driven decision-making, you'll turn shopper insights into powerful brand moments that drive sales and deepen retailer relationships.

What You'll Be Doing:
  1. Owning and executing marketing plans to drive retail growth and consumer engagement.
  2. Leading product positioning, messaging, and packaging development for new and existing SKUs.
  3. Developing best-in-class in-store activations, from POS and secondary space to sampling and media campaigns.
  4. Overseeing creative campaigns across multiple channels-social, events, digital, and beyond.
  5. Translating sales data into actionable marketing strategies that deliver real impact.
  6. Building a passionate community around the brand through events, promotions, and storytelling.
  7. Collaborating cross-functionally with commercial teams, creative agencies, and retail partners.
What We're Looking For:
  1. Previous FMCG marketing experience, ideally within grocery and new product launches.
  2. A track record of growing challenger brands and winning in supermarket aisles.
  3. Deep knowledge of in-store marketing, media activations, and retail partnerships.
  4. Strong commercial acumen with experience managing significant budgets.
  5. Sharp creative instincts and the ability to bring compelling brand stories to life.
  6. Passion for food, innovation, and shaking up traditional categories.
