We're seeking a compassionate, motivated, and forward-thinking individual who can guide incoming students through one of the most important milestones of their academic careers: their transition to college life and then Transition to work. As the Transition Lead, you'll play a crucial role in helping students adjust, find their footing, and thrive in a vibrant and supportive college environment. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated SEND/Alternative Provision Transition Lead to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth transition of students with special educational needs and those from alternative provisions into our college community; and support their journey.
You will work closely with students, families, schools, and internal college departments to ensure that each learner's transition is tailored to their specific needs, promoting their successful integration and academic progression, and supporting their pathway to positive destinations.
This role is offered on a permanent, full-time (35 hours per week) basis, based at our Harpurhey campus.
