We are currently looking for an experienced Business Development Director to join our growing Healthcare segment. This role will lead key sales and customer satisfaction initiatives and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our activities with Health and Social Care clients.

The Opportunity

We're seeking a passionate, pro-active, and entrepreneurial individual to join our team as a Business Development Director. You will identify and pursue opportunities through existing relationships, contributing to public tender processes, thought leadership events, and participation in conferences. You will use your network to generate new business development opportunities and build relationships with senior Health and Social Care leaders, helping them transform public service delivery and develop internal capability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maximise customer satisfaction and deepen our relationships with existing Health and Social Care clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
2. Grow and develop the Health and Social Care practice in the UK by developing leads and opportunities with new clients.
3. Identify opportunities and drive revenue growth, leveraging market trends and engaging with firmwide propositions and Health and Social Care experts.
4. Foster relationships with technology or consulting partner companies active in the Health and Social Care market.
5. Partner successfully with colleagues across the firm to drive sales efforts end to end.
6. Act as a business development role model to other team members, driving a high-performance, team-centric culture.

Professional Experience / Skills

1. Excellent understanding of the Health and Social Care system in the UK, including key stakeholders and service delivery challenges.
2. An established personal network to generate new clients and drive growth.
3. Strong business development, sales, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.
4. Highly structured, organised, passionate, self-starting, and proactive.
5. Understanding of client needs for management and technology services.
6. Experience in building and shaping a team through demonstrable practice building.
