About the Role

As a key member of the valuation team, you will provide expert valuation advice to:

• Banks, private & corporate clients, and public sector organisations (including healthcare & education sectors)
• Financial reporting, secured lending, and consultancy purposes
• Landlord/tenant advisory services where required

About You

• MRICS/FRICS qualified valuation surveyor
• Proven experience advising a diverse client base
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and secured lending valuations
• Ability to provide consultancy and landlord/tenant advice
