What you'll do
At M&S, customers are at the heart of everything we do, and our mission is to understand and engage them personally!
As a Senior Analyst in the Digital Growth Insights team, to meet that ambition we are tackling key challenges facing M&S by maximising billions of data points across our millions of customers. From redefining our personalised offers, to building cross-channel marketing experiments, to understanding how our customers engage across our varied digital channels, we are working on big problems that require innovative thinking and sharp problem solving.
As part of the team, you will work very closely with the stakeholders across departments, to understand their business goals and develop insights that help them unlock areas of opportunities and get them closer to their targets. By using sophisticated analytics and insight, you will be helping business partners understand not only what customers do, but helping understand why customers do what they do. This work is essential in enabling areas to make informed, accurate and timely decisions from the targeted information you help supply them.
You will also work alongside a group of analysts to implement analytical solutions in a demanding and fast paced commercial environment. With an intuitive grasp of data and analytics, you will be passionate about driving innovative analytical thinking and proving the benefits of a data driven approach.
