Role Overview

Senior candidate to lead capital-raising efforts for real estate. They will drive fundraising strategies, build relationships with institutional investors across UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement fundraising strategies for real estate funds.
2. Engage with institutional investors and HNWI across Europe.
3. Identify new opportunities and contribute to the firm's growth in real estate.

Requirements

1. Extensive experience in real estate fundraising. Established relationships within the UK and EU investors.
2. Proven track record in raising capital for private credit or alternative investments.
3. Strong understanding of real estate strategies and investment structures.
