About the role

As General Manager, you'll be at the heart of Neutral Digital's vision, helping us push the boundaries of digital storytelling. You'll shape our strategic plans, fuel sales growth, and optimise our operations to ensure every project meets the high standards we're known for. You'll lead an exceptionally talented team, balancing day-to-day management with the big-picture vision that will take our studio to new heights.

You'll also be an ambassador for Neutral Digital's unique approach - connecting our clients' needs with innovative solutions that elevate their brands. With your expertise, you'll help us build deeper client relationships, expand our influence in the industry, and ensure every project reflects our commitment to quality and imagination.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement business plans and budgets to achieve company goals.
• Oversee financial management, including budgeting, cash flow, and financial reporting.
• Lead operations, ensuring projects align with Neutral's creative vision.
• Manage HR activities, from recruitment to employee development.
• Develop marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and sales.
• Foster innovation by implementing technology solutions.
• Set and monitor performance goals and KPIs.
• Represent Neutral at industry events and maintain key stakeholder relationships.

What you bring

• Proven experience leading within a creative or digital agency.
• Strong track record in driving growth, managing budgets, and increasing revenue.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams with empathy, insight, and strategic thinking.
• A deep understanding of the creative process and technology-driven projects.
