Experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively Ability to lead delivery of multiple simultaneous technical projects in a challenging environment. Strong communication skills to engage in technical discussions with colleagues, non-technical staff, and clients. Strong commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning You'll have a degree in Civil Engineering (or related subject) and be working toward Chartered or Incorporated status with a relevant professional body such as ICE or IStructE.
