Real-Time Pricing Developer
Location: This position is largely remote, with the occasional travel. We have offices in Leeds, Cambridgeshire, Manchester, and Stoke-On-Trent.
Role Purpose:
We are looking for a RTP Developer who will be responsible for the development of real time pricing solutions coupled with testing and release of code to production trading platforms.

Role Purpose:
We are looking for a RTP Developer who will be responsible for the development of real time pricing solutions coupled with testing and release of code to production trading platforms.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain real-time pricing assets, ensuring secure and robust application platforms with protected source code.
- Review and test code for vulnerabilities, comply with regulations, and use modern software development tools.
- Assist in defining new developments and estimating required resources.
- Deliver solutions incrementally via agile processes.
- Stay current with industry trends through participation in networking events.
- Encourage team development and maintain a positive work approach.
- Act professionally and confidentially in all interactions.
- Follow company policies, support quality principles, and safeguard sensitive information.
- Stay informed about industry innovations and address misconduct by following procedures.
- Strong understanding of Java syntax, object-oriented programming (OOP), and basic data structures and algorithms.
- Robust experience in a similar role demonstrating a passion for delivering stable, scalable solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Previous material experience as a developer using Java/JBOS
- Experience of using Version Control Systems GIT/DEVOPS
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office especially Excel
- MS SQL TSQL Server / Data Platform Experience.
- Experience using DROOLS
- Understanding of XML
- Experience using Maven
- Robust experience in working with Agile / time boxed delivery methods (Agile / Scrum / DSDM / RAD etc.)
- Experience of building and deploying applications using .NET Framework
- Experience of CDL Classic or Strata, Open GI or Acturis
