Reporting into the Director of Risk and Control Group - SOX Program, this role is critical in helping the WPP Risk and Controls group achieve the following objectives:

• Driving continuous improvement in our risk assessments and controls framework
• Providing regulatory and compliance training
• Partnering with project teams involved in the WPP Transformation Program and ensuring the Company's risk assessment and controls framework is quick to react to our evolving Company

What you'll be doing:

• Support the WPP Risk and Controls group to enhance the design and implementation of controls and processes of the WPP Group Finance team
• Design and operate effective on-going quality review programs over the WPP Group Finance function
• Actively support remediation efforts relating to significant areas of focus
• Review and develop/update policies and procedures to ensure efficiencies and process compliance
• Develop pragmatic and sustainable solutions to enhance the control environment

What you'll need:

• Risk and Controls experience
• CPA or equivalent
• Experience with IFRS, PCAOB Audit Standards, and Internal Controls over financial reporting
• Ability to prepare management level presentations
