Senior Account Manager - Nelson, Lancashire Hybrid Up to £45k Basic + uncapped commission

Uncapped earnings top AMs have earned £100k!

Hybrid role WFH Mondays & Fridays and early finish on Fridays

We re working with a leading energy management consultancy that helps businesses tackle energy and sustainability challenges. As a Senior Account Manager, you ll manage a portfolio of corporate clients, build lasting relationships, and drive revenue through renewals, retentions, and upselling.

This isn t just an office-based role you ll also have the chance to meet clients face-to-face, strengthening relationships and delivering tailored solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing & growing a portfolio of 35+ key accounts
  • Retaining clients & securing renewals
  • Upselling & cross-selling additional energy products
  • Travelling to client sites (expenses covered) for face-to-face meetings
  • Analysing client data to identify savings & revenue opportunities

What we re looking for:

  • Energy, utilities, or B2B sales experience preferred
  • Strong commercial mindset proactive & problem-solving approach
  • Analytical skills ability to interpret client data & drive solutions
  • Driving license required (some travel involved)
