Location: Ely, Cambridgeshire

Hours: Monday Thursday 8:30am 5pm & Friday 8:30am 4pm

Salary: up to £60,000 per annum + 10% bonus

You will take full charge of the marketing operations, crafting strategies that marry perfectly with the sales goals, and broadcast the brand's story across various channels. Your expertise will help this business continue as the leader in the market, through innovative campaigns and strategic industry engagement.

• Own the marketing agenda, from strategy to execution
• Craft and implement marketing plans that align with our sales strategy
• Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to maximise market presence
• Analyse campaign performance to drive ROI and improve future tactics
• Spearhead industry events and manage the vibrant in-house design team

What we are looking for:

• A seasoned marketer with a Marketing Degree or CIM Diploma
• Experienced in B2B marketing and managing diverse teams
• A strategic thinker with a knack for meeting deadlines and smashing targets
• Customer-focused, with sterling communication skills and a team-first attitude
