British Sugar is a home-grown success story and one of the most efficient and competitive beet processers in the world. Around 3,500 farmers based in East Anglia and the East Midlands supply our four advanced manufacturing sites with eight million tonnes of sugar beet every year. Customer Service ApprenticeLocation: Peterborough

Contract Duration: 18 months
In this apprenticeship, you will follow a Customer Service pathway, learning how to create best in class customer experience, working with our broad range of big brand customers. You will be an integral member of the team, learning how to manage and track customer satisfaction, administer sales, and resolve customer questions effectively, creating a positive experience throughout.
An 18-month programme, following the Customer Services Specialist standard, achieving a Level 3 Customer Services qualification and all the practical experience alongside to be working in a Customer Service role from day 1.
Working from our Head Office in Peterborough, 5-days per week, Monday-Friday and attending college 1 day per month.
