Job Description

My client, a well established specialist housing association based in North London, has a vacancy for an experienced ARREARS OFFICER to manage the rent arrears recovery procedure to ensure minimal rent arrears and tenancy sustainment.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

- Experience in a similar role in an office environment

- Excellent communication and influencing skills

- MS Office

- Client and customer focused, flexible strategic thinker

- Excellent organisational skills, financial acumen, attention to detail, working to deadlines

- Ability to use own initiative and work independently

- Experience in initiating court proceedings and attending court hearings
