Business Development International Freight

Deliver UK Ltd are an independent freight forwarder that offer road, sea and air freight services including customers clearance. Do you want to join a team of highly motivated individuals that focus on delivering operational excellence and a first-class customer experience? We are now hiring a sales executive to drive new business into our import and export division.

Role

  • Generate your own business leads & act on leads sent from other team members.
  • Generate new sales, this includes FCL / LCL sea freight, air freight and road freight, import and export.
  • Cold calling prospects to identify new business.
  • Attend face to face new business meetings.
  • Attend trade shows to network with potential clients
  • Working in the office and out in the field to attend client sales meetings.
  • Work closely with the operations team to give accurate pricing & customer satisfaction.

Candidate

  • Ideally at least 1 years' experience in selling sea, air, and road freight in a forwarding environment.
  • Highly motivated with a positive can-do attitude.
  • Knowledge of the Global freight industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Telesales experience
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills and friendly personality.

Package

  • Monday to Friday (Apply online only)hrs
  • £30-£35,000 basic depending on experience
  • Commission scheme uncapped on all new business
