Key Responsibilities: - Develop and deliver compelling presentations to showcase cutting-edge automated machinery solutions to new and existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships, providing expert advice tailored to customer needs.
- Identify opportunities to expand market share, proactively engaging with potential clients.
- Represent the company at key industry exhibitions and conferences, acting as a trusted brand ambassador.
- Negotiate and close sales in line with strategic monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Provide technical and commercial support throughout the customer journey, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to drive company-wide success.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring accurate financial planning and reporting.
What We re Looking For:
- Proven experience in selling high-value capital equipment in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Strong knowledge of the automated machining sector and an understanding of industry challenges and opportunities.
- Excellent technical and commercial acumen, with experience in preparing detailed quotations and proposals.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools to manage customer interactions and track sales performance.
- A proactive, results-driven approach with strong negotiation and closing skills.
