Vision for Education are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join the highly professional team at a Primary School in Woolton. The role will be working in year 5/6, supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis, as well as assisting the class teacher in delivering a high standard of education and care.

The school is a welcoming and nurturing two-form entry school that prides itself on its strong sense of community and commitment to providing a supportive environment for both pupils and staff. They are currently seeking the right candidate to join our team on a temporary contract, with the potential to become a permanent member of staff for the right fit. • Provide tailored support to pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and complex needs.
• Assist the teacher in creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
• Support pupils' social, emotional, and educational development.
• Work collaboratively with staff to deliver personalised strategies and interventions.

• Relevant qualifications or proven experience in a similar role.
• A positive attitude, adaptability, and a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
• Excellent attendance, punctuality, and reliability.
• A commitment to supporting the ethos of the school.
