Plasterer - Social Housing

Spencer and James are currently seeking experienced Plasterers with a history of social housing reactive works to join a tier 1 main contractor in London. Our client offer stability in permanent contracts, ideal candidates will have previous experience working for a main contractor, in social housing.

About the role:

You will deliver reactive maintenance to to Social Housing properties in South East London. Work will be assigned via a PDA device, and you will complete daily works sheets to keep track of the jobs completed and materials used. This role is mobile therefore a drivers license is essential.

Duties include:

• Plastering repairs and renewals
• Delivering high quality work standards
• Working productively to complete tasks in alignment of your assigned schedule
• Communicating well with colleagues and residents
• Reporting to a Supervisor

Essential Requirements:

• Full UK drivers license
• NVQ Level 2- Plastering (or equivalent)
• Multi Trades/ Plastering
• Previous experience working within social housing
• Great communication/ customer service skills
• Superb standard of work
