Contract Manager

A confident experienced long standing Contract Manager is required for an innovative site in Essex where life meets science.

This role has lots of standard requirements and experience required, to manage a technical team, manage and build upon solid client relationships, bring a wealth of experience as well as technical capabilities. Some finance involved with the P&L.

FM experience and M&E qualifications are essential.

This role is quite an urgent role and will move quickly as such, interviewing now and looking to appoint this month ideally.
