We are seeking a talented Account Manager to oversee our prestigious Account and ensure the seamless delivery of services across multiple locations.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the key point of contact for the account, building strong client relationships.
• Oversee the delivery of all facility management services, ensuring KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards are met or exceeded.
• Lead, motivate, and support on-site teams, ensuring exceptional performance.
• Drive operational efficiency, identify improvement opportunities, and manage budgets effectively.
• Act as a liaison between the client and company, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
• Prepare reports, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as an Account Manager within facilities management or a related sector.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and teams while maintaining excellent service standards.
• Solid understanding of FM operations, including compliance and budget management.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive and results-driven mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Willingness to travel across client sites as needed.
