Are you a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher seeking a rewarding opportunity to inspire young minds? A well-regarded secondary school in Lincoln is looking for an exceptional Maths Teacher to join their team on a full-time basis to cover maternity leave starting in April 2025.

About the Role: As a Maths Teacher, you will deliver engaging and high-quality lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students, fostering a love for mathematics and helping them achieve their full potential.

Maths Teacher Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in line with the curriculum.
• Inspire and motivate students of all abilities to succeed in mathematics.
• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop schemes of work and teaching strategies.
• Maintain effective classroom management, ensuring a safe and focused learning space.
• Participate in school activities, meetings, and parent evenings as required.

Maths Teacher Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Strong subject knowledge in mathematics, with the ability to teach up to GCSE level.
• Experience teaching in a secondary school setting is preferred.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• A commitment to promoting student achievement and well-being.

• Have an enhanced DBS registered to the Update Service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education.
