Are you a passionate Geography Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity to inspire students and make a difference? If so, GSL Education are seeking a dedicated Geography Teacher in Peterborough.

About the Role: As a Geography Teacher, you will deliver dynamic and engaging lessons that encourage students to explore and understand geographical concepts and the world around them. You will play a pivotal role in supporting their academic progress and fostering a passion for Geography.

Geography Teacher Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality Geography lessons for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
• Create a stimulating learning environment that promotes curiosity and academic achievement.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to ensure growth.
• Prepare students for assessments and exams, enabling them to reach their full potential.
• Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the Geography and Humanities department.
• Promote inclusive practices and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and contribute to reporting processes.

Geography Teacher Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialist in Geography or a related field.
• Experience teaching Geography at the secondary school level.
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
• A passion for Geography and the ability to inspire curiosity in students.
• Commitment to promoting high standards of teaching and learning.
