• Position: Electrical Engineer
• Location: Liverpool Street, City of London
• Salary: Up to 49,500 + Private Medical Insurance
• Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 10am to 7pm

We are seeking a Electrical engineer with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This role involves carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance at a high-end corporate site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct building maintenance, including PPMs
• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance
• Oversee generators and plant rooms
• Maintain AHUs and FCUs

Requirements:

• Qualified Electrically (Must have Level 3 Electrical Installations or something equivalent)
• 4+ years of experience in Building Services and commercial environments
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
• Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
