Project Manager

3 x Porjcet Managers needed on new housing sites in Lichfield, Stafford & Cannock areas. Moving onto further sites once completed

Must have relevant on-site Housing Project Management / Housing Site Management experience ideally working on Housing Projects with knowledge of all aspects of Construction from groundworks up. Must be Management qualified, SMSTS / SSSTS or equivalent

Ideal applicants will be Project Managers with Civils & Groundworks knowledge:
• Ideally having 3+ years project management experience dealing with all aspects of housing. A focus on groundworks, reinforcement, drainage, foundations, civil engineering etc would be advantageous
• IT literate (Microsoft Office)
• Full UK driving license
• Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

£60k to £70k+
