The Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead and oversee the successful delivery of high-rise residential projects working for a Main Contractor. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will manage project lifecycles, ensure quality, and foster collaboration among multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of high-rise residential apartment projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.

• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and design teams.

• Oversee compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers and site teams.

• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring proactive problem-solving.

• Drive innovation and value engineering to maximize project outcomes.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Director, or in a similar senior leadership role, with a Main Contractor.

• A solid background in construction project management, with an emphasis on large-scale residential buildings.

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to inspire and coordinate teams.

• A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).

• Knowledge of UK building regulations, health & safety standards, and sustainable practices.
