Senior Planner

My client are a reputable tier one contractor who are looking for a Planner to work in their North West region, who work across a vareity of sectors on large scale, prestigeous projects. (PERM)

Ideal candidate

• MUST have worked in the general construction sector.
• Previously worked on largescale commercial or residential projects.
• Experience working on projects at preconstruction and delivery stage is desirable.
• ASTA planning software experience.
• Capable of working across several projects simultaneously.
• Proactive, methodical individual.
• Happy to travel throughout the North West,

Duties will include

• Creating preconstruction programmes and methodology.
• Supporting on tenders and building submission documents.
• Identifying risks and opportunities.
• Delivering the monthly dashboard to Directors.
• Development of contract programmes.
• Development of target programmes.
• Live monitoring of project programmes.
• Development of logistic plans.
