Position: Locum Clinical Pharmacist
Location: NHS Hospital, Sussex
Hourly Rate: £28 - £33 per hour
Full-Time Availability Required

Hunter AHP is currently seeking an experienced Locum Clinical Pharmacist to join a well-established NHS hospital in Sussex. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified pharmacist with previous clinical experience to contribute to patient care in a hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical pharmacy services across various hospital departments.
• Review and optimise patient medications, ensuring safe and effective use.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support patient care.
• Conduct medication reconciliations and patient counselling.
• Assist in the development of pharmaceutical care plans for patients.
• Contribute to clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Previous clinical experience in an NHS hospital setting is essential.
• GPhC registration and right to work in the UK.
• Excellent communication and team-working skills.
• Full-time availability, including potential weekend work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Hourly Rate: £28 - £33 per hour (dependent on experience).
