Monday to Friday, 6am/2.30pm - 1.30am/10pm
Salary 37,000 basic salary a year
The UK's leading FM company are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to be based at a industrial site at Coventry.
This is our biggest client and we have had great success in filling their vacancies over the years. They are a company who pride themselves on upskilling and progressing their staff regardless of position or contract. This is a client with a very low turnaround of staff

Duties and Responsibilities for a Fabric Engineer:
- Provide a reactive and proactive maintenance service
- Provide a multi-skilled maintenance service, which covers minor electrical and minor mechanical disciplines
- Provide a service that ensures all mechanical and electrical equipment is running to optimum performance
- Provide a service that ensures all key performance indicators are met
- Carry out modifications and installations when required
- Liaise with sub-contractors and external suppliers
- Take ownership of tools and equipment provided and ensure they are maintained to an appropriate standard
- Liaise with client/management
Experience for a Fabric Engineer:
- Painting or Decorating / Carpentry
- Previous experience with electrical & plumbing works
- Previous Building Services experience
- Able to work under own initiative as well as part of a team
