The role: - Lead and manage customer care coordinators and ensure smooth operations across multiple projects.
- Oversee defect rectification processes, ensuring timely resolutions and compliance with SLAs.
- Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Produce regular reports, analyse trends, and identify improvement opportunities.
- Attend inspections and ensure high standards of quality and customer satisfaction are maintained.
