Job Description

On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced customer services manager to oversee post-construction customer care across multiple projects. The role involves managing a team to ensure defects are rectified promptly and efficiently, maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

The role:
  • Lead and manage customer care coordinators and ensure smooth operations across multiple projects.
  • Oversee defect rectification processes, ensuring timely resolutions and compliance with SLAs.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Produce regular reports, analyse trends, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Attend inspections and ensure high standards of quality and customer satisfaction are maintained.

  • Proven experience in post-construction customer care or defect management.
  • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Exceptional communication and ability to build trust with teams and clients.
  • Capable of working under pressure and managing multiple priorities.
