Quality Engineer

NEW QUALITY ENGINEER BASED IN REDDITCH.

A leading Aerospace company, dedicated to inclusion, diversity, and sustainability, is seeking a Quality Engineer to join their dynamic team based in Redditch.

The Quality Engineer will be responsible for assembling a variety of company products to meet quality standards and deadlines.

Responsibilities as a Quality Engineer in Redditch.

• Define, specify, and implement quality standards for manufacturing processes.
• Provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams and less experienced engineers.
• Develop and implement corrective actions to improve process quality.
• Host source inspectors and customer auditors as required.
• Support both internal and external customers and suppliers.

Requirements as a Quality Engineer in Redditch.

• HNC/HND or Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience (aerospace industry preferred).
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, specifications, and requirements.
• Familiarity with machining, assembly operations, SPC, APQP, and quality assurance systems (ISO 9001, AS9100).
