We are seeking an experienced Industrial Sewing Machinist to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in sewing machine operation, a passion for working on various projects, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a variety of industrial sewing machines, including but not limited to, lockstitch, overlock, and sergers.
• Perform high-quality sewing on a range of materials, including fabric, leather, and other textiles.
• Follow work instructions, patterns, and production schedules to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized sewing area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and stay up-to-date with industry advancements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Industrial Sewing Machinist in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of operating multiple industrial sewing machines, including lockstitch and overlock machines.
• Strong understanding of fabric types, materials, and their characteristics.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, patterns, and production schedules.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work a flexible shift schedule, including weekends and overtime as required.
