• Lead, mentor, and support a team of clinical and non-clinical staff, providing guidance and professional development to foster a positive, high-performance culture.
• Take responsibility for ensuring the care home is financially sustainable, with effective budget management and resource allocation.

• Monitor and drive continuous improvement through regular audits and quality assessments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager within a care home setting (CQC experience is essential).

• A track record of successfully managing teams and operations in a care home environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Sound understanding of CQC regulations, quality assurance, and safeguarding procedures.
• The ability to manage finances, budgets, and operational costs effectively.
• A passion for providing high-quality, person-centered care to vulnerable individuals.
• A commitment to staff development and creating a positive, supportive working environment.

Benefits:

• Competitive salary range of £60,000 to £70,000 depending on experience.
• Ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
• Pension scheme and other employee benefits.
• Supportive management team and work environment.
• Career progression opportunities within a growing organization.
