We are looking for an Environmental Planner for a client of ours who are a business that build and operate renewable energy projects for businesses to delivery carbon neutral energy for operations.
Responsibilities/Skills:
- Evaluate development sites alongside various business teams.
- Attend and contribute in meetings with consultant teams and local planning authorities.
- Research and analyse a range of planning and development issues, identifying possible solutions.
- Project Management, including preparing and submitting planning applications and completing EIAs.
Skills:
- Degree or equivalent experience in planning or environmental/sustainability related degree.
- Planning experience would be ideal, however a strong desire to begin a career in planning would be considered.
- Strong project management skills.
- Analytical and research skills.
