Junior Key Account Operations Coordinator

Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Junior Key Account Operations Coordinator for a well-established Freight Forwarder. The company is based in the Basildon, Essex area.

Daily duties include:-

• Understand and execute the departments vision of good business development in order to successfully delivery seafreight operations
• Accurately enter the job information onto system
• Verify all documentation
• Coordinate with suppliers to schedule collections
• Ensure all Cargo is received in good order
• Monitor al discrepancies
• Customer Services (internal and external)
• Keep all records up to date
• Update purchase orders
• Liaise with other departments

Hours are Monday - Friday (Apply online only)
