This role is within the social housing reactive maintenance sector covering domestic properties across Brighton

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures using hand and power tools.
• Perform welding tasks as needed for pipe and fixture installation.
• Execute carpentry work related to plumbing installations and repairs.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge and basic math skills to troubleshoot issues.
• Lift heavy materials and equipment safely, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Drive commercial vehicles to transport tools and materials to job sites.
• Assemble plumbing components efficiently while ensuring high-quality workmanship.
