Rayment Recruitment are seeking an experienced Locum for a reputable law firm in the Southend area.
The successful applicant must be NQ - up to 3PQE and have experience in residential Landlord and Tenant possession and Debt Recovery.
Experience:
- Be able to manage your own Case load
- Residential Landlord and Tenant
- Commercial Landlord and Tenant
- Land disputes (trespass/ easements etc)
- Contract dispute
- Debt Recovery
- Professional Negligence
- Employment
- Contentions Probate
