Working closely with Project and Programme Managers, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality and compliance standards. Review and interpret project designs, specifications, and scopes of work, resolving technical queries with designers and clients. Plan, coordinate, and supervise the installation and commissioning activities of engineers and subcontractors on site. Commission and configure CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarm, and Integrated Security Systems, and lead fault diagnosis and resolution. Support Project and Programme Managers with programme, resource, and materials planning to keep projects on time and within budget. Produce and maintain accurate technical documentation, including installation records, test sheets, as-built drawings, and O&M manuals. Act as a technical point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams, communicating progress and issues clearly. Champion Health & Safety by preparing/reviewing RAMS, enforcing site rules, and promoting safe working practices at all times. Carry out quality inspections and snagging, ensuring works meet the required standard before handover. Mentor and provide technical guidance to Security Engineers and Trainee Engineers. Manage tools, test equipment, and company property, ensuring they are maintained and calibrated where required. Travel to customer sites as required to support delivery and resolve technical issues. Continuously develop technical knowledge and contribute to improving installation processes and best practice. Essential What We Would Like You To Bring Proven experience in the installation and commissioning of electronic security systems (CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarm, or Integrated Security). Strong working knowledge of electrical and electronic principles and relevant industry standards. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and scopes of work. Experience coordinating engineers and/or subcontractors on site. Strong fault-finding, problem-solving, and commissioning skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients and colleagues. Full UK Driving Licence. Ability to work at customer sites and travel as required.
