This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join a highly respected organisation that specialises in high-precision systems and equipment. Your new role As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for motivating and managing a team of fitters, ensuring high standards in all aspects of the manufacturing process. You'll take ownership of projects, seeing them through from production to installation at customer sites across the UK and worldwide. With a focus on continuous improvement, you'll challenge existing systems and implement progressive changes while ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations and company procedures. What you'll need to succeed A minimum of three years' experience in a supervisory or responsible role within automation or equipment manufacturing. Strong hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical fitting. A proven track record of delivering projects on time and solving problems in dynamic environments. HNC qualification in a mechanical or electrical discipline (or equivalent). Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills. A proactive approach to continuous improvement and process optimisation. A willingness and ability to travel worldwide when required.
