Professional membership (CIOB, CIAT, RICS) and minimum Level 4 architectural or equivalent construction/design qualification. Valid driving licence and ability to travel to sites as required. My client is seeking an experienced Façade Designer to join a growing external envelope specialist working across commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments across the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, detailing, and coordination of façade and cladding systems from concept through to construction. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex façade packages including rainscreen cladding, curtain walling, unitised systems, and SFS structures. Key Responsibilities: Produce detailed façade design drawings and technical details. Develop construction drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation details. Design façade systems including rainscreen cladding, curtain walling, glazing systems, and SFS framing. Liaise with architects, contractors, consultants, and internal project teams.
