The Team Assistant is responsible for providing a high quality of administrative support to the Legal and Company Secretariat Team, which ranges from executive meeting support/coordination to diary management and travel/accommodation bookings. The Role: Manage and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail, sorting and registering post, ensuring confidential or urgent material is delivered directly. Prepare outgoing mail for dispatch.
