Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Junior Pre-Construction Manager to join their expanding team and work closely with the Senior Pre-Construction Manager. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Relevant qualifications in construction, quantity surveying, or a related field (preferred). This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Estimator, Assistant Quantity Surveyor or construction professional with relevant pricing and commercial experience who wants to develop a long-term career in estimating. The company delivers commercial refurbishment, maintenance and fit-out projects across London and the Southeast. Projects are typically valued up to £500,000 and include work across commercial, education and public-sector environments. THE ROLE You will take responsibility for pricing and preparing competitive tenders for refurbishment and fit-out projects, working closely with clients, subcontractors, Project Managers and Contracts Managers.
