IT Support Engineer - Kent - £30,000 per annum + Excellent benefits + career development Overview: An excellent opportunity has arisen with a large MSP based in Kent for a 1st Line Support Engineer to be responsible for ensuring all IT Systems are up and running and providing users with a high level of customer service. You will take ownership of incidents and requests assigned to you and manage them through to resolution. You will be supporting a client based in the US and therefore will be required to support their working hours. Role & Responsibilities: Provide desk-side and remote based end-user support to troubleshoot issues and problems with equipment and/or systems. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks. Setting up accounts for new users.
