We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer who builds clean, reliable, and tested software. And who actually cares about solving user problems. You'll be part of shaping the product, not just writing code and will work closely with Product, Design, and Customer Success teams to do so. You'll also mentor other engineers and communicate openly with customers. Successful engineers at PlayerData: are self-starters. What you'll do: Develop quality software across our stack, mainly in Ruby-on-Rails and React Native. Collaborate regularly with Product, Design, and Customer Success teams. Lead technical and architectural decisions. Document your work clearly and thoroughly. Mentor and support junior engineers. Engage directly with customers and stakeholders. Improve our processes through feedback, testing, and continuous learning. You should apply if: You have extensive experience with Ruby on Rails or similar frameworks. You know your way around React/React Native. You're proactive, enjoy mentorship, and aren't afraid to challenge assumptions. You prefer practical, user-focused solutions over purely technical ones. You're comfortable talking to customers and stakeholders directly.
