Ability to work both independently and as part of a small, cohesive team. Must have good computer skills for reporting and documentation. Prior exposure to M&E building services is advantageous. Ability to work in a customer-facing environment with a professional demeanor. A proactive, self-sufficient, and flexible approach to work.
