Senior Quantity Surveyor - Main Contractor background for a utility client between Southampton and Portsmouth. The role will be site based near to Portsmouth will be focused on packages for major utilities projects, looking for experience working for the main contractor or a consultancy. NEC3/NEC4. This is on a freelance basis, outside of IR35. This company has been established for over 30 years, and currently operates with a turnover of over £20m.
