DV Cleared Linux Systems Administrator Location: On site (Secure Facility - London Clearance: Active UK Developed Vetting (DV) required Employment Type: Full Time Sector: Secure / Defence / Government About the Role We are seeking an experienced DV Cleared Linux Systems Administrator to join our secure operations team. Working within a high security environment, you will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and optimising Linux based systems that underpin mission critical services for government and defence sector customers. This position is ideal for a highly skilled engineer who thrives in a secure, fast paced environment and takes pride in delivering reliable, stable, and secure infrastructure solutions. Key Responsibilities Administer, configure, and maintain Linux servers (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, or similar) in a secure, multi system environment. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency. Perform patching, updates, and security hardening in accordance with strict governance and compliance requirements. Support secure networks, storage solutions, and virtualised environments (VMware, KVM, or Hyper V). Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls following least privilege principles.
